We are now looking for a Consultant to join our Global Analytics Team within Portfolio Development. As a Global Analytics Consultant, you will focus on client-centred talent analytics and applied psychometrics for talent assessment purposes.

Core activities
  • Contribute to the overall Research & Development function within the company by:
    • Using innovative analytic approaches to develop and evaluate assessment solutions
    • Contributing to internal and external analytics and research projects
    • Supporting product design and quality assurance activities
    • Working as a part of international agile multidisciplinary Research & Development teams designing and implementing innovative talent management solutions
  • Combine technology and assessment methodologies to deliver highly efficient processes in line with best practice principles
  • Interact with professionals at all levels of the organisation
  • Build professional network and continuously develop skills
  • Make business impact through smart design, efficient processes, and demonstration of ROI
Skills and Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in Organisational Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Programming skills (R, VBA, SQL etc.) or interest in developing them
  • Experience with or interest in learning about advanced statistical methods (e.g., data modelling, simulations, machine learning, factor analysis, natural language processing)
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment 

Person Specifications
  • You ideally have a basic knowledge of selection and assessment as well as some experience with data analysis – and the words “psychometrics”, “valid”, and “online” spark your excitement
  • You catch up on things quickly, work with attention to detail, and on your own initiative
  • You adapt quickly to changes, are open-minded, and are motivated to learn and develop
  • You’re interested in specialising in talent analytics (incl. big data, data mining, modelling, and advanced statistical methods)
  • You deliver high quality, professional, and responsive service and are focused and organised at work
  • You build constructive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • You are able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to maintain a positive attitude at work
