We are now looking for an Nordics Operations Expert to join our Operational Team. As our new operations expert you be located at our Stockholm office and will be part of an international team. Our Operational team is the heart of our company and creates the link between the international sales offices and the headquarters. You will play an important part by being this link between the Nordic offices and Operational team. The Operational Team are the first point of contact for inquiries from our colleagues around the world and are responsible for implementing client-specific solutions. They work closely with the consultants, product development, implementation and our IT team to deliver high quality products on time

Core activities
  • Evaluate and look at new products/solutions. Coordinate efforts to implement the products in the Nordic market. Ensure that products and solutions are of high enough quality for our market
  • Close cooperation with the markets: Knowing the sales pipeline and ensuring Operations items (customizations) are delivered on time, participating in dashboard calls to understand the financials & biggest clients for the market, regular calls with markets to address current topics and problems.
  • Point of Contact for the Nordic market & representing the interests of them to the headquarter in Hamburg
  • Be closely connected to internal team within product development and IT to ensure a high level of technical knowledge
  • Responsible for our assessment systems and second line support (e.g. Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to products, systems and integrations)
  • Develop integrations with local ATS partners
  • Involved from the beginning in complex projects to consult in terms of technical feasibility.
  • Technical project management for the implementation of customizations (connector to IT)
  • Continuous improvement of the service & the processes
Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in the field of business administration/ Psychology/ IT
  • Preferred Initial experience in project management
  • Communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Initiative, sense of responsibility and high client orientation
  • Systematic, structured work
  • IT affinity and enjoyment of IT-related topics or processes
  • Language: Swedish & English
