About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Adding value to clients by supporting them in adopting best-in-class assessment, selection, development and talent acquisition solutions.

Coaching, developing and managing the performance of a friendly and energetic team.

Forecasting of opportunities through CRM and pipeline management.

Generating warm and qualified new conversations by supporting the team with business development - no cold calling.

Supporting the team on proposals, statement of work writing, finalising contracts and legal terms.

Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

 

About you

Proven experience in a commercial, revenue-generating role within the talent space. Assessment experience is desired, but not essential.

Knowledge of selling into HR buyers - ideally within the FTSE 250.

A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and ability to cope with ambiguity.

A good team player who enjoys working within a multi-cultural team.

A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adopting a resourceful and result-oriented approach.

A people-orientated person with proven client development and relationship management experience.
