We are looking for Interns to join our Global Science & Analytics Team within Portfolio Development, Assessment Solutions. As an Intern, you will support the development and evaluation of innovative virtual assessment solutions for global markets. You will have an opportunity to support the evaluation and validation of the existing assessment solutions for clients, as well as the development of new assessment tools. Typical activities include research, job analysis, data gathering, data cleaning and merging, data analysis, and providing support to consultants via email.
Core activities
- Our client consultants have an analytics request – you support their enquiries via email and assist with the preparation of the datasets, the analyses, and the reporting of the study results
- We are continuously evaluating our existing and new solutions – you support the team, interacting with professionals at all levels of the organisation and ensuring that our assessments meet the global best practice requirements and the updates are well documented
- We are developing a new online assessment – you assist with the research, including running the studies and doing the required analytics in R and Excel
Skills and Qualifications
- You are enrolled as a student with a Psychology major, ideally an Industrial/Organizational or Business Psychology focus, and have completed at least 2 years of studies
- You have basic knowledge of or interest in selection and assessment practices, as well as talent management in general
- You have completed at least one course on research methods and statistics, as well as on psychometric assessment, and the words psychometric, validity, and analytics spark your interest
- You feel very comfortable using MS Office and have some experience with analytics software like R or SPSS
- You catch up on things quickly, adapt easily, and are open minded
- You pay attention to detail and work on your own initiative
- You would like to work with us for at least 6 months (as working student after the initial internship period of 3 months)
