Our Rewards Solutions Practice are currently recruiting a Client Operations Data Analyst to join our team.
The aim of this role is to work as a part of the Europe-wide Data Solutions Client Operations team ensuring quality reward data from clients and servicing client needs.
This role works in collaboration with the Data Solutions and Client Operations team members across Europe, as well as Reward Advisory and Relationship Management team members, and partners across Aon businesses.

About the role
- Support clients with data submission training, collection of data, training in survey platforms, interpretation of compensation surveys and survey access support.
- Ensure data submission timelines are met, to quality standards, and clients are invoiced promptly.
- Understand complexities of data gathering and handling, data nuances and caveats, and best practices.
- Maintain existing client accounts with the highest client servicing standards.
- Liaise with local, regional and global colleagues to manage client relationships.
- Prepare and review materials for round table and conference meetings, including annual conference and results delivery meetings.
- Participation in ad-hoc custom survey benchmarking projects with advisory and data service projects.
- Support colleagues across Aon practices to understand Reward Solution capabilities and have a good grasp of how the work can be leveraged to other areas of the firm.
- Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
About you
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Ideally experience in using compensation or benefits surveys.
- Experience in data analysis, surveys data and reporting.
- Experience of producing and presenting reports, in a clear and concise manner, to a variety of audiences.
- Client service-orientation and a team player.
- Analytical mind and good communication skills.
- Prioritization and process management.
