Your impact as Rewards Data Solutions Leader
As the leader of the rewards data solutions team in the DACH region, you will enable clients across Germany, Switzerland and Austria to make better decisions for their employee compensation and benefits strategy and programs. You will provide leadership to a team of consultants who provide advice to clients, utilising the strength of Aon’s database. You will also identify and lead key client projects through your in-depth relationships and local knowledge, overseeing the delivery of projects including market benchmarking, incentive data, and other reward frameworks.
You will also play a key role in the DACH Human Capital Solutions leadership team as well as the EMEA Data Solutions team, helping shape the business for the future.
You will work closely with your team to build client networks, requiring excellent and highly responsive client management skills to provide the best possible client experience. You will also host client events, lead in the development of market insights and white papers based on Aon’s data and insights.
A key component of your role is to identify new business opportunities with both existing and new clients, delivering high levels of growth in the region.
Your internal networks will be key to your success and working closely with your peers around the world will help position Aon as the true leader in enabling clients to make the best possible decisions for their people.
The knowledge and expertise we would like to see:
Experience leading a team of skilled consultants in delivering compensation data and advisory work.
Excellent data interpretation skills utilising the strength of Aon’s databases to work through your team in developing insights which inform our clients and assist them in making informed decisions.
Excellent people leadership skills with a strong focus on collaboration with other leaders across Aon, including leaders in other regions across EMEA as well as across Aon’s solution lines.
Strong client management and business development skills, with the ability to have conversations with clients which identify their key issues and discuss how Aon can help resolve pain points and assist with critical decision-making.
A client experience approach, emphasising responsiveness and understanding of client challenges in the compensation function and more broadly.
