Core activities

• You will support our team in the development of new Online Assessments and help with the maintenance of existing products and our own Online Assessment System.
• In consultation with the team you will control your projects to ensure their success.
• You will create technical concepts and define new system requirements together with your team.
• You will create, plan and monitor work items to ensure their successful delivery.
• You will be responsible to prepare, plan and organize user testing together with our Quality Assurance team.
• You will be in close exchange with other departments and serve as an expert for our Online Assessment System.
• You will help to continuously improve our processes in an agile environment
• You will help the team to get better by documenting learnings and sharing them.

Skills and Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree (e.g. in IT, Psychology, Business etc.) or a vocational training in the field of IT or project management or a significant amount of experience working in IT.
• You have already made first experiences working in project management ideally in an IT context.
• You have seen and worked with some project management software before (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project)
• You like processes and it is easy for you to think in a system context.
• You like to handle several things at a time whilst keeping a cool head.
• You are tech-savvy - modern technologies and web applications are not foreign for you.
• You have at least heard technical terms like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL or .NET.
• Your English is fluent (intermediate German would be an advantage, but is not requited)
• You like to collaborate in a team and your communication and behavior is service oriented.
