The Role
This role will involve working directly with a number of our international markets globally to help them deliver on their client and prospect sales opportunities and working with centralised teams developing targeted materials to support overall business growth plans. The successful person will be involved in supporting various commercial activities but focused on the generation of solution proposal documents and sales packs in support of market stakeholders to win revenue generating opportunities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Core activities
- Working with country leaders, account managers and external stakeholders on formalised information and proposal requests from existing clients and new prospects regarding our solution lines.
- Working with team colleagues, account managers, subject matter experts, IT and legal to develop the solution offering content within proposals and supporting materials.
- Efficient project management of the information or proposal process from start to deadline.
- Building an initial scoping context of the opportunities, including client and market research and solution deliverables.
- Working with commercial teams on sales packs and research materials that support the business development activities of business divisions

- Creating the presentation deck framework ensuring use of relevant up to date material focused on the core client deliverables.
- Working with team colleagues, account managers, subject matter experts, IT and legal to develop the solution offering content within proposals and supporting materials
- Efficient project management of the information or proposal process from start to deadline
- Consistent tracking of client opportunities from point of document submission to analyse and better understand outcomes and possible improvement areas.
- Build market intelligence – completing desk-based market research, and competitor and brand analysis.
Our team work with exciting projects across Europe, and so whilst it is not an essential requirement, please do let us know if you have working proficiency to fluency in any European language. German, French, Spanish and Italian would all be of particular interest.
Skills and Qualifications
- Able to establish and maintain positive, sustainable working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Qualifying/recently qualified to a Master’s level in the field of Occupational Psychology or equivalent
- Be ambitious to succeed, consistently set high standards for self and others, work to achieve excellent results and outcomes
- Plan, organise and execute work effectively and efficiently
- Apply psychological knowledge to execute sound business decisions
- Strong IT skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- German language or other European language skills to a business fluent (C1/C2) level are desirable but not essential
