For the past eight years, I worked in organizational development for companies like Beiersdorf AG, Airbus SE and BAD with the focus on employee surveys and workshops. The importance of constructive processes of personnel selection and development, for the development of a healthy organisation, were always very clear. As a result, my professional focus shifted to Human Resource Management.
After studying sport economics at the German Sports University in Cologne, I studied work and organizational psychology in Hamburg, which I completed in 2016 with a master´s degree. Since 2017, I am working for Aon Assessment GmbH (cut-e) as a consultant for recruitment processes in general and online assessment solution.
