Over the past two years, I have worked in management diagnostics, aptitude diagnostics and recruiting for Deloitte GmbH and Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH by running projects with national and international clients: VW, Airbus, Nestlé, Freudenberg, BVG, ENSO. The main focus was on conceptual activities, the development and delivery of face-to-face assessment centres and feedback processes. In addition I gained experience in personnel development at the Center for Leadership and Management in Munich. Since 2019 I have been working as a consultant for Aon with the focus on challenging, large-scale projects and key accounts in the field of aptitude diagnostics.
